padded-inserts-preview
Padded Inserts

Optional padded inserts that add soft, shock-absorbing comfort inside any size of our Summer or Winter Hunnyboots.

EVA or latex
EVA foam is firmer and hard-wearing, best for hard-stepping adventure dogs. Latex foam is our softest, like memory foam, and ideal for corns or sensitive pads. Latex can also be positioned to offset sprung toes or an uneven gait, or doubled up to pad out a loose boot.

Start without them
Fit the boots without inserts the first time and let your hound get used to the feel. Add the inserts later if you think the extra padding will help.

Fitting them
Push the toe end all the way to the front of the boot and make sure the insert lies flat, with no folds. In Large and XL, a badly fitted insert can shift and make the boot twist. If the boots twist or your hound seems unsure, take the inserts out: every Hunnyboot already has generous built-in padding.

Sold in pairs.
