What another incredible year it’s been, truly our biggest yet!. Thank you for trusting us to help your corn-troubled greyhounds, whippets, iggies, salukis, silkens, borzois and all manner of other doggos find their happy feet again. It truly means the world to us.
We had many lovely visits at the melbourne warehouse for fittings and we also managed to beat Christmas by getting our U.S. store up and running just in time. Hundreds of U.S. and Canadian customers received their tariff-free orders before Christmas, with many more still flowing through our new California warehouse. It’s been a huge milestone for us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the patience and support shown while we made this leap.
We’ll be taking our annual Christmas break from December 24 to January 5. You’re very welcome to place orders during this time, but please note that we won’t be able to respond to enquiries until we’re back. That said, Hunny’s Helper is still around and doing great work if you need quick and easy answers while we’re away.
All pre-order stock has arrived and will ship once we return from our Christmas break. We’ll be straight back at it and begin dispatching all pre-orders and backorders from January 5. Thanks so much for waiting, and for supporting a small family-run business. We truly appreciate it.
