I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange them?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but yes—you can return them for store credit, which you can then use to order the correct size.
- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Boots must be unworn and in brand new condition (not tested outside)
- You’ll need to upload a photo of the boots to confirm their condition before we can approve the return
This is a store policy offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Download the relevant PDF below to start your return and follow the steps. Send your purchase back to the address provided on the PDF. We strongly recommend tracked shipping, especially for international customers. For size-related returns, we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order at your convenience.
The boots are faulty. Can I get a refund?
Absolutely. If your boots are faulty, we’ll replace or refund them—it's your choice.
- We ask that you report any issues as soon as possible
- To start your return, send us an email with clear photos showing the fault
- We will reply with an outcome and return authority
- Return the boots using the address provided—we’ll cover shipping costs for faulty items
- Tracked shipping is recommended
Once we receive and inspect the boots, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. These remedies are provided in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
International Customers
We ship worldwide and we want all our customers to be happy—no matter where you live.
Consumer protection laws vary between countries. While Australian Consumer Law applies to purchases made by Australian customers, international customers may have similar rights under their own local legislation.
