Shipping

We use our National carrier Australia Post for all our domestic shipping and DHL Express for international deliveries and if you're not in rush to get your purchase, the more economical Australia Post International.

All of our ready-to-ship orders are collected from our warehouse twice a week and are tracked online. All our domestic orders are 'standard delivery' unless otherwise selected.

Post into Canada Update

15 January 2025: Australia Post will resume all services to and from Canada. This follows the suspension of mail services due to union strike action in November and December.

Canada Post has made significant progress in clearing the delayed volumes caused by the strikes. However, customers may still experience delays as they continue working through the backlog of items.

We appreciate the patience and understanding of any impacted customers during this time.

DHL Express shipments into Canada remain unaffected at this time, with some service disruption to remote areas.

 

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide and accurate costs are calculated on checkout. Prices will be converted to your local currency on checkout. 

PLEASE NOTE: Each country has its own rates of import duty and excise. These taxes are NOT included in your purchase price or calculated at checkout. You will be contacted by DHL Express on your purchase to pay those taxes.
