Store Credit
We’ve upgraded the way store credit works at Hunnyboots to make things simpler, faster and much more flexible for you. All returns and exchange credits now go straight into your Shop account, where they’re easy to view and even easier to use.
Your credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout, and you can use it on anything — including shipping. All existing credits from our old system have already been transferred across, so your balance is ready and waiting.

How It Works
1. Log in to your account
Go to the account section of our website and sign in using the same email you used at checkout. You can also use your SHOP credentials if you have them. If you're already logged in you won't see this page.

2. Select your purchase
When you’re ready to place an order, add your items to the cart and continue to checkout as usual. If you have store credit available, it will automatically appear as a payment method on the final payment screen.
Select your store credit, and the amount will be applied to your order instantly. If your credit doesn’t cover the full total, you can pay the balance with any other payment option.
There’s nothing extra to do — your Shop account handles it for you.
3. Available funds
You can see your store credit balance any time. Just log in to your Hunnyboots account and open your profile. Your available credit will be displayed there, ready to use at checkout.
